The house has 4 bedrooms, two of which are suites, and a third bathroom. Three bedrooms have queenzise beds and have direct access to the outside area, whilst another is a twin bedroom. Inside there’s also an island kitchen and a large living room with a fireplace. A large mezzanine overlooks the living room.

The biggest advantage of this house is its location: 3 minutes from the beach of Carvalhal where you will find the best restaurants: “Sublime Beach Club” and, if you want to walk a few minutes along the beach or through the rice fields, you will find the restaurant SAL at Pego beach.
