The house is located 5 minutes driving from Vila Nogueira de Azeitão and right at the heart of Serra da Arrábida Natural Park. It is set within a 1-hectare property combining the best about the countryside and the coast and it’s perfect for a big family or group of friends. 

Despite being located in a quiet area and inside a Natural Park, it’s a great bet for those looking to disconnect and get immersed in nature, but also to explore the city since it’s only 30 minutes driving from the center of Lisbon.

The Quinta was built in 1988 and is traditional house spread across two floors with a familiar feel and a rustic décor. It has 9 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in total, and accommodates comfortably 18 people. Extra guests can be considered upon request. 

The kitchen is fully equipped and has lots of light, with an island with high stools and an electric cooktop. It’s the ideal place to prepare meals and enjoy some quality time. The laundry room is located right next door. The living room has a TV and a big fireplace and the décor is simple and unpretentious, just as if you were staying at your own countryside house. It opens up to the dining area where there’s a table big enough for 12 people. On the ground floor there are 7 bedrooms – 3 double bedrooms and 4 twin bedrooms – and 4 shared bathrooms, one of which with a bathtub. The remaining ones are shower rooms. Both the kitchen and the living room, as well as some of the ground floor bedrooms, have direct access to the outside area.

 
A double staircase gives access to the top floor, where there are two adjoining bedrooms – a double bedroom and a bedroom with three single beds. Both have access to a shared bathroom. This floor is ideal for a couple with children.

Outside there’s a shaded terrace with a lounge area and a dining table that overlooks the garden and the swimming pool.

Nearby there are several supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, vineyards and winemaking estates, a padel court and golf facilities. Within a 15-minute drive you’ll find the beaches of Serra da Arrábida, considered one of the 7 Wonders of Portugal. The beaches of Sesimbra and Alfarim are 25 minutes away.
