The common living spaces include a cosy living room with a large fireplace and a patio, a dining room, a spacious rustic kitchen and some outdoor living areas to rest and to relax. 

Outside there are 40,000m² of private land and gardens in total, which comprise a Salt Water Pool (12 m x 4 m), an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, furnished exterior for al fresco dining and a fully equipped laundry house.
