This picturesque two-story countryside house belongs to a German family who decided Mafra was the ideal place to set their grounds. And we couldn’t agree more. The peaceful setting overlooking the vineyards, lush green surroundings, and adorable interiors create perfect conditions for a self-catering stay a stone throw’s away from the hustle and bustle of Lisbon’s city center.

With the capacity to accommodate up to 10 guests, it’s a great bet for a family stay or for a group of friends looking to spend some R&R time, but at the same time not too far from the city nor the coast. 

The entrance floor gives access to a hall that leads to the bedroom quarters, the common areas, and from where you can descend to the lower floor.

Upstairs there is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, both with small balconies, and a cosy living space and dining room that offers beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Next door there’s a rustic fully equipped kitchen.

Downstairs you will find the laundry room, a twin bedroom, and a double bedroom, as well as a support twin room.

In total there are three bathrooms and a service toilet room.

Outside there’s a shaded area with a long wooden table perfect for some groups’ meals. The garden comprises another lower level where the infinity swimming pool and the sun loungers can be found.
