HOUSE II | The second house – one of the daughter’s houses – is semi-detached from the first one, but can also be used together as a whole, which would allow double of the capacity because both are almost identical. They’re located next to each other, but can be rented separately as well. This house has a master suite with bathtub and walk-in shower, a suite with twin beds and a double bedroom and a twin bedroom which share a bathroom. Similar to House 1, there a big ample space with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a cosy living room with massive floor to ceiling windows overlooking the surrounding landscape. There’s a mezzanine with a small living space on the upper floor.

Next to the entrance to both houses there’s an outside lounge and dining area with BBQ.

HOUSE III | The third house is located further down in the property and closer to the shared swimming pool. It also accommodates up to 8 guests. There is a master suite with king size bed and bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower, an ensuite bedroom with twin beds and other two twin bedrooms with shared bathroom. The kitchen, dining and living room are joint and very comfortable, with beautiful design pieces and also a fireplace. Light gets in via the big glass windows that overlook the garden. There’s a mezzanine with a small living space on the upper floor. Outside there’s a dining table and sofas, which are perfect for alfresco meals or just to relax and enjoy the surrounding landscape.

HOUSE IV | The fourth house is the other daughter’s one and has a different architecture since it resembles a big warehouse. It is also the one located further way, about 250 meters and surrounded by pine trees, ensuring even more privacy. It has 4 suites in total, accommodation up to 8 people as well. They’re symmetrical and to each side there is a suite with a double bed and another with twin beds. The kitchen opens up to the dining and living room and these are the heart of the house. Outside there’s a deck with sitting and also a dining table.

The tennis padel court and the swimming pool are shared between the 4 houses.
