This stunning property is located on the right riverbank of the river and offers absolutely stunning views of the typical Douro Valley landscape formed by green rolling hills covered with vineyards and the river flowing in between. 

Despite its secluded location, it is only within a 20-minute drive to Alijó, a small town with all the necessary services such as supermarket, bank, chemist, restaurants, cafes and petrol station. The nearest train station is 10 minutes away and Pinhão is 30 minutes away. To add to its charm, there’s a 50 metre path that leads to a small pier, from which you can depart and arrive by boat (except between January and march during which navigation is not permitted) 

The house façade merges tradition and modernity and the interiors were decorated with attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful stay. 

The common areas are located on the ground floor, which is an ample open space with several cozy and stylish living areas, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. These face an outside decked terrace set right above the river, where you can have al fresco meals and go for a dip in the swimming pool. 

Upstairs there is a corridor that leads to the 8 bedrooms, each with a shower bathroom and small private balcony offering either river or mountain views. All bedrooms include top quality sheets, bedding, towels, toiletries and hairdryers. 

There is also a small 1-bedroom apartment with shower room accessible via the kitchen, which is available upon request.
