Set in the beautiful hilly countryside of Algarve and surrounded by olive trees, near the village of Santa Bárbara de Nexe, lies Casa Agostos. 

The project rebuilt an old and neglected traditional house and, with the addition of an annex, it now offers a modern villa with all the comfort to stay in and a great location explore both the countryside and the coast of Algarve. 

The original structure features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, for a maximum of 6 guests, while the new wing houses a large living room with a fireplace. These two units are connected by the central entrance area. 

The contemporary architecture and minimalist interior design create an oasis of tranquility, both inside and out.  

The house has several patios, terrace and a rooftop terrace with beautiful views over the hills of the surrounding nature reserve. The 15-meter-long pool can be found in the garden and is built into a large concrete block, which partly sinks into the ground and defines the border of the property.
